Torre del Remei

A little gem tucked in the Pyrénées mountain. Location was perfect as very close to France so a lot more to see without traveling too far. Fabulous food, beautiful rooms with super comfortable beds and service was of very high standard. Made our stay so memorable. The property has beautiful lawns where you can take a walk, and a small pool to swim if weather permits. The hotel was very accommodating with food as we had a vegetarian in our group and they went out of their way to make things off menu. The restaurant even though small had spectacular views of the mountains, a lovely way to eat your breakfast or meals. We will definitely be coming back. A special Thank you to Caterina for making our stay so perfect.

Could serve eggs made to order for breakfast and not just in the buffet.

Habitaciones espaciosas, decoración preciosa, trato exquisito del personal. El desayuno con fruta variada de temporada y todo de gran calidad. Estuvimos cómodos unos con nuestras perras.

Good food in the dining room but refused to pay for a snack in the bar/lounge. Elegant public rooms but no comfortable seating in the public areas.

Parking was remote from our room. Transferring luggage was awkward. Bathroom was cramped. Bedroom furnishings were limited and uncomfortable. No hot water on our second night. Our room was in an annexe which was remote from the main building so had to change shoes and put on a coat and take an umbrella to go to dinner. Our key stopped working so had to walk back to reception after dinner in the rain. The dining room had only three tables with a view onto the outside and garden. It was an elegant building from the outside but public and bed rooms were not comfortable
