Me permitieron alojarme con mis mascotas sin cargo adicional y fueron amables con ellos. Realmente es pet friendly! Me he alojado más de una vez aquí y la experiencia es buena. El personal es muy amable, el sitio estaba limpio y se puede aparcar bien a cualquier hora (fuimos en verano). La relación calidad-precio es correcta y las instalaciones son modestas. El hotel tiene un patio agradable. La ubicación es buena, caminando a unos 10 minutos hay un pueblo de Francia para explorar y el centro de Puigcerdà está a unos 20 min. Volvería, sobretodo porque me han permitido a mis mascotas sin problemas.

El personal muy amable
Es un hotel muy antiguo. Las camas son muy incómodas, no hay aire acondicionado ni ventilador se tiene que dormir con la ventana abierta para que entre un poco de aire.
