This hotel is a gem! I felt like I was in a real palace. It is beautifully and interestingly appointed and decorated, very comfortable, and within steps of major sights, restaurants, and shops in Old Town Toledo. It has easy access by taxi from the Toledo train station. The breakfast was delicious and is served in a gorgeous setting. The staff were friendly and quickly responsive to any needs we had. I would not want to stay anywhere else, if I return to visit Toledo.

Location and the ambience of property
Unfortunately pur room had no hot water so it was pointless to have a bath or shower in the cold. Very disappointing as it was cold and a hot bath or shower would have made all the difference in my review.
