fabulous location: just steps away from the cathedral yet super-quiet. Staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Atmosphere was calm and sophisticated. Room was very well appointed and beds were super-comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a city-centre stay with all sights within easy walking distance (provided you can cope with cobbles and steep slopes!).

No car parking.. otherwise, everything was excellent

Very good breakfast and SUPER friendly staff. Clean bedrooms, and comfortable bed to the point that, sometimes, you do not want to leave your room to explore the city.

Room was very comfortable and the Airconditioning worked very well. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location if you dont want to spend the entire day exploring and want to rest in between
Guest with walking challenges may not like the walk from the Taxi to the hotel entrance as the road is at an angle and not smooth to drag your suitcases. That however was not a problem for me.
