    Since we step in this hotel. We just wait only one hour to get our room. So amazing! Room is completely comfortable for us two. Near Taksim Square as well

    I booked this hotel for 21 days with my family. It showed a good rating on Agoda. When I checked in, I asked the information staff to provide me with a quiet floor because I saw in the comments that the rooms were not isolated and the disco noise was very loud. I stay on a high floor, the room was comfortable but not comfortable for 3 people. The cabinet was broken and after contacting the staff, they fixed it within 3 working days. The owner of the hotel is not Turkish and does not live in Istanbul, my family also has hot water problems, the heater was not working properly, there was no hot water for 7 days in the winter season. The breakfast is a bit normal and there is nothing new every day. Mr. Suleyman and Mr. Muhammed did their job and solved the customer questions but in the end the owner is not available for communication, I believe this is a negative thing. In terms of location, yes this place is good, 5 minutes away from the M2 Metro Line. If you are planning long days and can handle the disco noise, you can book, if you are planning an isolated environment, I would recommend another location.
