The hotel is beautifully designed, with every comfort you could need. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful - carrying all our luggage for us, arranging airport transfer, even upgrading our room to a suite and providing us with a parting gift of cookies! The location is also perfect - central, but not overly chaotic, and surrounded by nice shops and cafés. The breakfast was very good and served downstairs by the garden with a lovely view. Overall a wonderful luxurious stay for a very decent price.
The room was only reachable by a somewhat steep, spiral staircase, so if stairs are a problem, this might not be the right choice.

A delicious Turkish breakfast in a peaceful, airy breakfast area; helpful and friendly staff; comfy beds; good size bedrooms; great location; calm hotel in the chaos of Istanbul and air-conditioned rooms.
