A clean, well-located and comfortable studio with very helpful staff

Nice, clean, the location was great. It’s actually a nice studio apartment. I also love how accessible the staff are, whenever you need help.

The toilet flush is a bit defective. You have to flush twice for the water to stop running otherwise it won’t allow you to flush for next time. The freezer needs defrosting. I bought some food thinking I could freeze them and couldn’t use the freezer because the whole thing was covered thick ice. The volume button on the TV remote wouldn’t work 😅. It just wouldn’t let me change the volume on the tv which I found strange. I just made sure there were zero noises when watching the tv 😂. Finally I wish there was a mop I could use to dry the floor after a shower.

Great place to stay in Nuremberg

Good sized studio, clean, well equipped kitchen. Not very far from old town and train station. Metro station was just opposite and also bus station. Also a super market in the ground floor of the building.

Nice place in the heart of the city

The apartment is located in the city centre. The location was perfect. It looked like in the photos, and had everything that I needed.

As it is in the city centre, it is above caffees, restaurants, and alley where prople go out to drink and hang out at night. So, it can get rather loud until late in the evening. On one night, the guests in another apartment were very loud, screaming, and probably drunk, but since there is no staff present, it continued until 2-3 am.

Terrible hygiene and structure with many internal steps

We stayed here for four days in August 2025. The apartments were poorly renovated: there were steps everywhere to get from one room to the next, with a risk of falling at every step. The hygiene situation was unacceptable. Dead insects in the corners of the rooms and on the dormer curtains (with the risk of them falling onto the bed). Bird droppings on the windowsill: we couldn't open the window because the droppings would have fallen into the house. A nightmare! We called the owner and he sent someone to clean after two days, but the cleaning was far too superficial. We couldn't change because there were no other apartments available in Mulhouse.

The location was nice and central. The kitchen was well equipped. a Nespresso machine with enough pods was a highlight. Comfortable bed. Nice and clean.

The door buzzer. Some people would press it in the middle of the night just for fun.

Nice stay, short and comfy in Mulhouse

Excellent position, 5 min walk from everything and good middle point to visit the region. Good for family with kids, for a short stay. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to find some coffee and espresso machine. Very good bed, romantic room under the roof for a couple. Nice design of the furnishings. Nice area, quiet at night, although close to cute bars and restaurants.

The sofa bed was good for the kids, but not comfortable for an adult. Few details are missing in the kitchen, such as a sponge or other complementary things.

Location right in the center. Apartment is super spacious and modern. We only stayed for a night but it was great.

Very nice, clean & tidy apartment. All check-in / out done unmanned but very smooth, no issues.

The apartment has many level differences on the floor which are not highlighted enough, especially,, there should be color differences on the floor, in such places.. This makes some unsafe conditions,, in fact one time it wounded one of my fingers on the foot.

The apartment is easily reachable by foot from main train station or by tram. The instructions for key pick up are easily understandable and it was no problem to find everything. The connection with other parts of the city was very convenient due to close tram stop.

Wifi is not excellent all the time, seems that router had problems with more than one connection.

Great city break mixed with working remotely in the center of Mulhouse

I stayed for 5 days at L'Arsenal to work remotely and explore Mulhouse. It was a great experience, as the building is right in the city center, close to everything you might need (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, train station, landmarks) and it is equipped with everything you might need. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is very spacious, and the apartments are nicely decorated. And thanks Stephanie for always answering my messages asap!

Super location, cleanliness, clear instructions for check in, comfy bed, well equipped little kitchenette, nice shower gel, nespresso machine with pods…

Noisy bar downstairs, but I knew this before. Kept the windows closed so NO PROB;-) Too many reminder emails if you do not register immediately after booking.
