needs little care and time ..

very central position.

The sink was dirty and needed proper cleaning. The sofa pillow smelled bad, and there were no bed sheets. Also, because the apartment is in the attic (top floor), it felt suffocating.

Close to the city centre, easy to find and contactless check in. New and cozy loft fine for a couple nights stay.

The owner was friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood is dangerous and they are a lot of pickpockets. The towels were not enough. There is no elevator. There is no safety door.

Too high. It was on the 4th floor. For our mum, it was not an easy way up and down. Take care of your head in the kitchen) It is a mansard.

Pleasant

- clean - warm - walking distance from the city centre - the host helped us to lift a suitcase

- the host asked us to "clean before we leave" - 4th floor without elevator - dodgy neighbourhood - hard to find parking in the evening. We have to drive around to find the spot - cigaret smell from the stairs - no kettle and microwave - no washing machine liquid provided - they claim that that it has a city view but the apartment actually has only ceiling windows.

Not suit for family with small children.

It is exactly same as the picture shown. clean and tidy.

The area is a little bit dangerous due to the drunk people were walking around. We travelled with small children and I don’t think it is a nice area for family. However, the area is safe during the morning. Also, there will be €40 charges if you are arrival late after 11pm. This was warned by the host so we had to rush in order to avoid the charge.

A lot of space in the apartment, well-designed considering the overall state of the building

It seems like it's a new apartment, but it obviously hasn't been maintained as such (the bathroom door doesn't close properly, one electrical plug is missing the cover). It's unfortunate that these small things are not fixed as it is otherwise a nice apartment.

Very good

Located right opposite the market. Free parking on street nearby. Plenty of small restaurants in the surrounding. Supermarket in walking distance. The flat is newly refurbished with everything you need for a short stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment is at the top floor so in a hot summer day it can be a bit warm during the day. You can open the windows on both sides of the roof to let the cool air flow through and use the ventilator with mist function (no actual air-conditioning), which works fine, but you can hear kids playing late in the night on the market square. Luckily there was no mosquito disturbing our sleep throughout the whole night.

The loft is looking nice and cozy. The shower was great and the option to check out a movie on netflix is nice

for young children the open stairs can be a bit dangerous and the second bed isnt good enough for more than 1 night.

Right next to the market. Perfect!

The loft was spacious and extremely comfortable. Its position opposite the market couldn't be better. Parking was easy on-street. Great for a longer stay. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpfl.

There's an awful lot of stairs (about 70!!) to be negotiated to get to the top floor. Especially with luggage, this would be too much for some, and ought to be pointed out. Although well-equipped (even a food-processor!) some of the basics were sparse (cutlery) or missing (tea-towel, oven glove).

Lots of stairs upbto the loft apartment - 4 or 5 flights. We were unlucky to be there in a heartwave & being at the top it was v hot - a fan or something would have helped. Would be good to have blinds on the othetr 2 skylights both to lower the heat & keep the light out when sleeping - it is more a studio than a proper 1 bedroom.apt. and(or a curtain on the internal window by the bed. A hand towel as well as the batht owel each would have been nice. The dishwasher didn't wok.

Affordable Stopover

The location of the apartment is excellent for the market with lots of parking outside. We were greeted warmly by the host. The accommodation is perfect for a couple or single person looking for an overnight or weekend stop over. The cost matches the simplicity of the set up which is a little rough in places but nothing which would detract from a short stay. We found the building to be very quiet and there was no disturbance from the street at night but we stayed on a Tuesday night, weekends may be different.

Un séjour assez mitigé

La propreté du logement et le style de l’appartement, le propriétaire très sympathique et à l’écoute

En toute objectivité, le logement était décrit avec climatisation or aucune climatisation n’était dans le logement mise à part un seul ventilateur pour 2 couchages. Le lave vaisselle était hors service et vide de l’intérieur, seulement 3 jeux de couverts alors qu’il est disponible pour 4 personnes. Le quartier n’est pas des plus jolies et assez bruyant malheureusement. Le logement est au 4eme étage sans ascenseur et avec des escaliers assez bruyant.

Ci è piaciuto la qualità e la quantità dei confort come il letto, la cucina con tutti gli utensili, la doccia e tutto ciò che serve, persino lo stenditoio e il phon. Tutto pronto, pulito e in ordine come nella propria casa.

Le scale sono notevoli, ma l’arrivo ripaga lo sforzo.

Il ne manque pas grand-chose pour que ce logement gagne fortement et standing et éviter la déception

En tout objectivité, l’appartement est sympa et bien pensé. L’hôte est disponible et sympathique. L’appartement est situé face au marché pour ceux qui sont intéressé et à proximité du centre.

Sur l’annonce il était écrit que l’appartement était équipé de Clim or cela n’est pas vrai, il ne dispose que d’un ventilateur pour 2 coins nuit. Le logement étant situé en comble il faisait chaud malgré celui-ci et avec des enfants cela est assez difficile pour eux. Nous étions 4 et le logement ne dispose que de 3 paires de couvert et seulement 2 chaises. Le logement est situé au 4 eme étage sans ascenseur. Il y a des scotch sur les plaintes et le lave vaisselle n’est pas fonctionnel car il est entièrement vide et sale.

Está sucio. El baño se sale el agua, las escaleras de acceso y la puerta están llenas de manchas y las escaleras con telarañas. Las toallas y sábanas están super viejas. Las almohadas son como un papel. El apartamento bonito, pero es una pena que esté tan descuidado.

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto super gentile, la sua casa è molto pulita, ordinata e ha tutto ciò che cercavamo. Circa a 15/20 Min dal centro a piedi. È davvero un appartamento stupendo
