Poggio della Villa is a beautiful Chianti holiday home just two kilometres from the centre of Radda, offering everything you need for a perfect family or friends’ getaway. The large gardens and spacious pool make it an ideal retreat for relaxing and enjoying the stunning surroundings. With its excellent location close to Radda and Volpaia, guests have easy access to numerous excellent restaurants and wineries. The house has been thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind and offers many charming details.
Set in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, the villa provides easy access to the area’s famous wineries, castles and picturesque villages. Cities such as Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo are all ideal for day trips. Radda, with its shops and excellent restaurants, is just a five-minute drive away and can also be reached on foot along the main road.
Poggio della Villa enjoys a hilltop position surrounded by the classic Chianti landscape of vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills. The two-storey stone house features an eye-catching rotunda-style façade. A large covered terrace invites guests to enjoy outdoor dining, while the beautifully maintained garden offers peaceful spots for relaxing.
