The separate apartment in the farmhouse boasts a great furnished terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and olive groves. The private parking is within the property.Interior
The ancient tower is on three floors; the ground floor entrance leads to the living room with TV and fireplace, and to the dining and cooking areas. The first floor features a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The second floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The farmhouse apartment is entirely on the first floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase. Here there is a living room with TV and fireplace, a dining area and well-equipped cooking area, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with shower and one guest bathroom. Access to the large panoramic terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella. The owners live on the ground floor of this farmhouse.
