About this apartment rental
Top floor duplex apartment situated right in the heart of Puerto de la Duquesa. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms with two on the first floor and one on the upper floor. Two southwest facing terraces, one on each floor. The apartment benefits from wifi and air conditioning.
The apartment does not have allocated parking however there is plenty of free parking around the marina.
The apartment is centrally located and may get some evening noise from bars and restaurants situated nearby.

1. The apartment is well located close to everything you need.
2. It is well equipped including dish washer and washing machine.
1. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order. We would have appreciated to be informed in advance.
2. Not all the dishes including glasses were enough clean.

You get the sun all day long on the balcony when the sun is shining.
Change the fridge door to open towards the kitchen door. If you standing in the kitchen you open the door with your right hand and I trap my finger between the handle and the door frame. This can easily be done by changing the door hinges to the other side of the fridge.
This will make it easier to open the door from the kitchen area. At the moment you have to stand outside the kitchen area and open door with your left hand so you don’t trap your hand.

Good size apartment. Didn't use the top floor, not needed, beware spiral staircase. Wonderful location and outlook. Plenty of room, bit tight for 6, we had plenty however. Right next to the port and all its amenities. Recommended.

Easy access to all local amenities. Very comfy beds. Estate office service excellent as always.
