This large open floor plan condominium boasts over 1,900 square feet, is tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you need to call this your home away from home, for families and conventioneers alike! There’s an additional cozy den for reading a book, having a cocktail, playing games etc. AND is located in one of the buildings closest to the Pool at the Clubhouse

*Bag Drop Service, located at the Club House. Showers and changing rooms are available. Arriving early or departed late? Feel free to use this service for your convenience. This amenity is exclusively provided by us here at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
*Parking up to 6 cars during your stay. Electric Vehicle EV Charging Stations Available on property for a low fee via ChargePoint and another Service.

Pet Policy:
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)
$99 per pet, per stay
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for service animals.
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.
HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

The condo was spacious and had enough of everything for my stay. I didn’t love the bedding… the sheet being just a top sheet over the mattress and then 2 top sheets sandwiching a duvet insert meant that nothing stayed in place properly or covered. I also was quite surprised when a maintenance worker strolled in (when I had not requested any maintenance). He was there for the dishwasher apparently, but a heads up before someone just shows up in the unit would have been nice! Overall, I had a fine stay though and the place was acceptably clean (could have been a little cleaner, but it was OK). No noise complaints despite being on a middle floor, and the grass outside is well maintained if you’re traveling with dogs this unit is SUPER convenient to the Orange County Convention Center.

Clean facility with easy access and parking. Comfortable beds with full kitchen and laundry. Good communication with easy check-in and check-out. Have stayed twice and will stay again.

It was ok. The condo was spacious and close to Universal, but it was clear the floors had not been swept or mopped and the showers had not been cleaned by the hairs on the floors and shower walls. There was mold lining the bottom of the main shower as well. I did reach out to the property and someone came in to clean again. The main pool area was also closed for repairs so we had to drive to another pool to use.
