Ana was very welcoming and answered all my questions quickly. Any issues were addressed promptly and with care. The unit needs updating and some TLC but I would rent it again.

We came to the area to visit family and attend a birthday event. Unlike many tourists who come to visit the theme parks, we actually spent time in the condo. There is one sofa which seats 4 and that is if you squeeze in. So to say this place comfortably houses 8-9 is untrue. If we wanted to watch something together like a movie, we had to use the less than comfortable dining chairs so we could enjoy time together. The guest tub was so clogged with hair (disgusting actually) that it would not drain until we pulled it out with a hanger. I called the Mgmt Co, they offered to send the cleaners back but we declined as we had already cleaned out the drain and the hair that was stuck on the bottom of the chairs and barstools ourselves and did not wish to have strangers in the unit while we were vacationing. Doors were not wiped down and had black marks all over them and and all of the base boards and corners in the house were in need of a good scrub with a magic eraser to remove the dust and dirt that had been collecting for some time. The grout is dark from ground in dirt but you can see in low traffic areas that it should be light in color. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. The management company did agree to refund the cleaning fee so that was an attempt to make things better. The chairs in the lanai are worn and deteriorated. This would not be a bad place for 4 people but is not really large enough for 8 if you plan to spend a good amount of time there.
