Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs from March 1st - October 31st.
Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

This property was very clean and had a great location. It was the closest condo to the beach in the whole complex. The patio was adjacent to the pool deck, so we were able to watch our kids while they played in the pool. The property showed some signs of wear and tear from previous tenants, but overall it was in good shape and met all our needs.

The place was great access to pool and beach. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Bedding was very thin would recommend extra blankets in the condo. As of right now I would not recommend Vacasa, nor rent with again. The place was clean when we got there but had nothing to pick up with throughout this stay. No broom or vacuum help with the collecting sand so sand was tracked all around condo and in and out of beds. Got there Thursday, Friday morning found out dryer did not work. Finally got a response from maintenance Friday afternoon said they would replace unit on Saturday. By Sunday morning still had not seen maintenance. We were leaving Monday morning did not bother to contact them again. by the time we got in Saturday night and realized it still had not been replaced. I knew it wasn’t going to get done. For my entire four days at a beach we had no way to clean/dry bathroom towels or dry beach towels. I understand things get overused and breakdown, but it is your responsibility to provide replacement in a timely manner.
