Beach-themed decor abounds, and the view of the ocean is sure to inspire! You'll also catch a glimpse of the community pool, which you can enjoy access to throughout your stay.
After a morning spent out on the beach (with beach service - two chairs and one umbrella - available from March 1 through October 31), take in the view from your furnished balcony or stay inside and enjoy the central air conditioning. Set your bathing suits to spin in the private washer/dryer so they're ready for the shared hot tub. The kitchen (featuring a breakfast bar) is the perfect spot to cook up something delicious as you make plans for the next day.
Additional features include two bedrooms, a living room sofabed, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and elevator access to the third floor.

There is no parking available for boats, trailers, or RVs.

Sea Oats 302 is a nice beachfront condo…I’ve stayed at Sea Oats a dozen times over the last couple of decades. Easy beach access and easy access to good restaurants. I took my children when they were young and now take my grandchildren.

Very nice updated condo. Beach view from the balcony was great. Had plenty of room for us. Steps away from easy access white sand.

Very nice condo, updated kitchen and comfy couches. Had a great stay and the 2 chairs with the umbrella was wonderful! Would def recommend this to a friend. Not many complaints at all except the balcony is a little small but there’s chairs to sit in out there. Glad it’s on the beach. Beds were kinda firm but I feel like all condo rentals are like that. Overall very comfortable and nice condo.

Need to upgrade bedding. Pillows in guest room were paper thin and mattress squeaked every time you moved. Provide more blanketa. Cleaning.prior to arrival could of used more attention.
