About this house rental
La Fratta is immersed in the nature of the countryside of the Marsciano area, in the province of Perugia, just 20 minutes by car from the center of Perugia. Renovated in full respect of its era, it has been personalized and designed in their furnishings, with artistic interventions that express the care and desire to recreate a reinterpreted, new, alive, warm space. Outside only peace and quiet. A large garden where you can spend relaxing hours, by the swimming pool or to have lunch at the tables set up for the Guests .... The apartment is independent but inserted in the structure where the owners, Elisabetta, Luca and little Eugenio also live. In fact, La Fratta is also the home and studio of Luca Leandri, ceramic sculptor and his wife Elisabetta. Main advantage: go home with your own works made during the holiday ensuring fun and cultural enrichment. For organizational reasons, it is preferable to ask for information at the time of booking.
The large room furnished in a modern style, accommodates 4 people with a double bed and a wooden bunk bed for two people (children or teenagers). A nice well-lit kitchenette separated from the sleeping area by a panel used as a bookcase and shelving; an internal corridor leads to the bathroom furnished with sculptural interventions, with a raku ceramic sink resting on sandstone and mosaic. The bedroom leads to the large terrace. Swimming pool in the garden. Breakfast is not included. Upon request and for short stays it is possible to request the breakfast foods already provided (tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, juices, jams, butter) with a supplement of € 5 per day / person.

Ho passato due settimane immersa nella magica campagna umbra presso La Fratta Art House ospite di Elisabetta, Luca ed Eugenio.
Mi sono sentita subito accolta, come in famiglia, grazie alla loro grande disponibilità.
Oltre a passare un rilassante soggiorno, ho potuto frequentare un corso di ceramica tenuto dal bravo Maestro artista ceramista Luca Leandri, il quale, molto generosamente, mi ha insegnato storia, manipolazione, decorazione e altre tecniche che serviranno per la mia attività. Un'esperienza davvero arricchente sia professionalmente che umanamente. Da rifare e consigliare a chi vuole passare una vacanza in arte.

Stupendo soggiorno grazie sia alla location che ai proprietari Elisabetta Luca ed young Eugenio senza scordare le mascotte a 4 zampe luna e nero.
Da ritornarci sicuramente un ottimo punto di partenza per le varie escursioni e poi per le belle serate di convivialità.

Il rapporto umano che si è creato spontaneamente con Luca, Elisabetta ed Eugenio ha caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno: mi è sembrato di incontrare dei vecchi amici, piuttosto che delle persone che gestiscono un b&b. Penso che lo scambio di esperienze con chi alloggia sia parte del loro modo di gestire questa attività.
Il nostro alloggio e l'area intorno alla casa sono curati, ci sono diversi elementi scultorei che caratterizzano gli spazi interni ed esterni, anche integrati nelle decorazioni della casa.
Oltre al soggiorno abbiamo pianificato una serie di incontri per lavorare su oggetti ceramici secondo la tecnica raku: abbiamo quindi utilizzato il laboratorio che affianca la casa, ed è stata probabilmente la parte più interessante della vacanza.
Siamo una coppia con bambina piccola, anche nostra figlia si è sentita a suo agio a spasso nel giardino e giocando con i gatti.
