This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom magnificent townhouse is located inside the newly constructed Bienville Villas. It is located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park.

Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes.
With 5+ beds, the elegant townhouse is ideal for family gatherings, special occasion celebrations, and big family reunions.

• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

The townhouse is large, plenty of space for our party of 3 adults & 3 kids and we still had bed space for 2 more. Having a garage inside the gated property gave us great peace of mind that our vehicle wouldn’t be stolen or damaged. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of foot traffic, plenty of places to walk to eat or shop. The townhouse was very clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was nice even though it was too cool to swim while we were there, it was a nice spot to hang out & the kids enjoyed the outdoor chess set. We were within a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter and about 20 mins from the airport. About 30 mins from the Swamp Tour we did and 15 mins from the WWII Museum. We had a great time and would stay here again, thanks!
