This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom magnificent townhouse is located inside the newly constructed Bienville Villas. It is located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park.

Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes.
With 5+ beds, the elegant townhouse is ideal for family gatherings, special occasion celebrations, and big family reunions.

House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

We had a great stay here. The location was convenient to a lot of restaurants and to take a $11 Uber to the French Quarter. We drove a 15 passenger van so we couldn't use the garage which would have been nice but the street parking was always available and the parking lot close by would have been an easy option if needed. The house was exactly like the pictures. One bedroom on the bottom floor and the rest up on the third. Also, something to note is that all the showers are up on the third floor so. Make sure everyone is comfortable climbing stairs a couple times a day while staying.

Property was true to photos, super spacious, very clean, and connecting with the host was easy. They were super responsive to our needs (for example, we requested extra blankets) and the home was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. We also loved the location as it was central to a lot of New Orleans attractions (and just down the street from a fantastic restaurant, Katie’s.) Overall it was a great space for a girl’s trip getaway and we would stay here again.
