This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom inviting townhouse is located inside the newly constructed Bienville Villas.
Located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park.
Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes.
With 5+ beds, the elegant townhouse is ideal for family gatherings, special occasion celebrations, and big family reunions.

• Shared Outdoor Pool (Working hours - 8am-10pm.)
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Must climb stairs
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

They need to upgrade and fix some items: 320B N CORTEZ ST - -Floors dirty throughout-We bought cleaning supplies and mopped the floors -One Dining room chair upholstery needs repair -Ice dispenser broken -Need more forks -Need dish towels & Pot Holders- only 4 coat hangers -Not enough towels or pool towels; Comforters need cleaning -Garbage can lid doesn't function -Master bath handheld showerhead broken -Master bath right sink cold water fixture needs adjusting cold water stays on -2nd upstairs bathroom sink fixtures loose& exhaust fan broken -2nd upstairs bathroom tile caulk moldy & shower curtain moldy

Listing is accurate. Plenty of space for a group visit with good bedroom flexibility for different combinations. Location in mid-city is great with easy access to restaurants, beer gardens, City Park, the bayou, groceries, etc. a few suggestions: add more glassware (very limited), provide a couple dish towels, need hangers in the closets, and install blackout curtains in master bedroom. Unlike most of New Orleans, the block has great street lighting, which is welcome, but curtains in master aren’t quite light blocking enough to darken fully. Those are all just ideas for making a great stay even better. We’ll be back.

Everything was great. Area was safe and clean. Close to food and other things to do. The place could use some additional cups, plates and such because there was only enough for about 4 people to eat. We got some disposable plates and cups to use while we were there. We would stay there again.
