This home is so lovely it was a joy just to see all the decorations and antiques! It accommodated our group very nicely and had lots of supplies for the time we stayed. Only thing is the downstairs area does not have a full bathroom (in case a guest has limited mobility).

Family members were arriving from around the country for a wedding. Everybody or couple had their own bedroom and there were many gathering spots both inside and outside for family to spend time together. Also the kitchen could accommodate lots of food being made for all.Great house - we would be happy to rent it again in the future.

This was a lovely place to have a family celebration for a 70th birthday. The rooms were plentiful, comfortable, and clean. The area had lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and was close enough to both Austin and San Marcos for swimming and river floating.
