The home is fitted with electric heating and a modern air-to-air heat pump, ensuring allergy-friendly air and energy-efficient comfort. Step directly from the kitchen or living room onto one of the three terraces — two open and one covered — ideal for outdoor dining or lounging in nature. Set on a large 2,700 m² natural plot, the property invites guests to enjoy its quiet charm, with a garden grill, high chair for children, and a safe, non-smoking environment. As an added bonus, guests have free access to the water park in Skærbæk.
