The bunk beds are getting uncomfortable if you are beyond 190cm.

The studio was very cute & clean and exactly like the pictures on booking.com. The kitchen is fully equipped, surprisingly comfortable beds and the location of the property is close to a bus station (movenbergstrasse, take line 1) and a bike rental (walking distance).

There was no host to give us the key when we arrived, but this was quickly resolved after a call to the property owner.

Schönes Appartment, wer aber auch mal einen Abend zu Hause verbringen möchte - eher nein...

Sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Es fehlt ein Sofa oder Sessel... lässt dich wegen der Raumaufteilung nicht stellen, fehlt aber um es sich wirklich gemütlich machen zu können. Sitzgelegenheiten sind nur 1 Stuhl und eine Bank, beide am Esstisch... das WLAN funktionierte an allen 4 Tagen zu keiner Zeit.

Abgesehen von den oben genannten Faktoren, war es wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

-zentrale und gleichzeitig ruhige Lage! - Außenbereich mit eigenem Strandkorb und ausreichend Parkplätzen ! - viele Handtücher! - Bei auftretenden Fragen und Problemen (Beispiel: defekter Duschschlauch) war SOFORT jemand zur Stelle!

- getrennte Betten (Kuschelfaktor ;-) - kein Backofen - keine Anleitungen für die Elektrogeräte (wir haben die Mikrowelle nicht zum Laufen gebracht :-(

Hellhörig: Gäste im Erdgeschoss unter meinem Fenster jeden Abend bis nach Mitternacht mit lauten Gesprächen auf Terasse, sodass ich mit geöffneten Fenster nicht schlafen konnte.Die Gäste über mir wahnsinnig gepoltert und rumgesprungen. Dadurch leider keine Erholung im Zimmer möglich. Ohne Auto oder Mietvelo sehr abgelegen vom Strand und Zentrum. Busverbindung schlecht.

In Ordnung für Familienaufenthalt im Sommer, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.

Unkomplizierte Übergabe - wir waren verspätet. Ein Anruf - und Schlüssel wurde im Schließfach hinterlegt. Wohnung 9 funktional ausgestattet. Lage und n List gut für Fahrradausflüge. Sauberkeit in Ordnung.

Obwohl ausgewiesen, war in Apartment 9 kein W-LAN verfügbar. Geräte zeigten nur OG-W-LAN des Nachbargebäudes an, dieses war aber nur sehr schwach. Daher mussten wir für 14 Tage auf unser privates Datenvolumen zurückgreifen. Apartment 9 ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schlafsofa sehr unbequem. Möbel sehr veraltet.

Immer wieder schön auf Sylt in List.

Die Natur. Ein Traum für Jogger. Herrliche Laufmöglichkeiten am Ellenbogen oder auf dem Deich.

Eine Mikrowelle wäre nicht schlecht, da kein Backofen vorhanden. Steile Treppe, gefährlich für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen.

Es war in Ordnung aber noch mal würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht wählen

Die Lage war gut, die Wohnung war niedlich eingerichtet Der Garten war sehr schön, es gab 5 Strandkörbe und einer war immer frei. Ist alles sehr schön angelegt.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Unsere Wohnung befand sich im Dachgeschoss. Eigentlich wäre das kein Problem aber der Aufgang war eine Katastrophe. Die Treppe war nicht breiter als eine Hühnerleiter. Wir ((2Kleine Frauen) wussten tatsächlich nicht wie wir unsere Koffer da rauf bringen sollten. Letztendlich haben wir sie ausgepackt und die Sachen einzeln hoch getragen. So etwas muss man vorher wissen. Wenn da jemand etwas gebrechlich ist, ist der Urlaub gelaufen. Die Schlüssel sollte man im Büro abholen, welches sich am Hafen befindet. Wenn man aber mit der Bahn anreist und die Koffer dabei hat, muss man erst in die entgegengesetzte Richtung laufen und dann wieder zur Pension. (Wenn man sich nicht auskennt läuft man ja generell nicht gleich richtig.)Das ist Schwerstarbeit. Der Vermieter wusste, dass wir mit dem Zug anreisen. Freundlicherweise brachte er uns dann den Schlüssel. Leider gab es keine Geschirrtücher, nur ein Badetuch für jeden und nur eine Rolle(als Vorrat)Clopapier für eine ganze Woche.

Empfehlenswert trotz kleiner Kritikpunkte

Die Lage ist super, ruhig gelegen und doch gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Betten sind groß genug und komfortabel.

Stellenweise sehr renovierungsbedürftig, keine bequemen Sitzmöbel vorhanden, sehr hellhörig, Vorhänge dunkeln nicht ausreichend ab.

Freundlich in guter Lage

Die Lage ist hervorragend, v.a. für den Norden der Insel. List ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Die Wohnung ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet, mit viel Stauraum. In der Wohnküche sind zwei Betten, wenn man die nicht braucht, kann man sie als eine Art Sofaersatz benützen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht üppig, aber pragmatisch und sauber, die Betten waren bequem. An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert. Hunde waren willkommen, Aufpreis völlig ok. Freilauf im Garten allerdings nur möglich, wenn man selber einen Campingzaun dabei hat. Der Garten ist offen zur Nachbarwohnung, zur Straße und zum Nachbargrundstück.

Der Toaster war unbrauchbar. Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine und evtl. einem Trockner wären super, allerdings ist es auch nicht sehr weit zum Waschsalon in Westerland. Der Schimmel an den Fensterdichtungen müsste entfernt werden.
