The house was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kids had a great time playing in the back yard which was a welcome addition and kept their spirits high even though our reason for visiting was for a funeral. The location is close to shopping and restaurants and not too far from the strip. The host was very responsive to messages and checking/out was easy. We appreciated the garage parking and that we didn't have to do extra cleaning prior to checking out - We are tidy people but they assured us their cleaning crew would take care of everything after we left. We will definitely book this home again for future trips if the home is available.

Mattresses, bedding and towels are very old and thin….should be replaced. Adding some real blankets wouldn’t hurt either. Top bunkbed mattresses very thin and really not comfortable. My biggest complaint is that the play area in the backyard is not safe for kids. Screws sticking up, boards loose and the entire structure rocks back and forth.
