-500 mbps Wi-Fi connectivity

-Washer and dryer
-Fresh linens, towels for 10 people (Let me know if you need more)
-Only medium and small bouncer operating will be allowed from 11:00 am to 6:00 Pm. The blower machine has to be turned off out of this time frame.
-Rental over one month, we will require $500 refundable security deposit, Minimum credit score 620, Month income at least $3000. A LEASE Agreement will be provide instead of guest host agreement. Please ask host for more details. Or 5 Stars review on Airbnb.
-NO TALKING LOUDLY over at the front yard and back yard and no extra guest stay at night. Doing so will result in fine and a security officer will be called to remove all guest.
