This top floor of our townhouse is bright and sunny located on a quiet street just moments to Biltmore, Mission Hospital or Downtown Asheville.
Enjoy two bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, full kitchen with adjacent dining room, and outdoor grill and patio for additional dining options. Large laundry room off the master. Lots of closets. We are a pet free home so please respect that request. We also are smoke free both inside and outside. High speed internet and cable TV offered for your convenience. All utilities are included, lawn care included, all sheets, towels and dishes etc provided.

quiet time after 10pm out of respect for neighbors and tenants downstairs.

The property is lovely and is in a really wonderful neighborhood. It is peaceful and quiet but minutes away from downtown.
Our host was a delight. Very responsive to our needs and full of wonderful suggestions of places to go and things to do. We can't wait to go back!

It was hard to tell from the pictures, but there were 27 steps to climb to get into the house. Also, the driveway was very steep and somewhat hard to see to back out of. These two factors might not make this an ideal rental for older, less mobile people.
However, the house was in a good location for getting to just about anything you need. Also, Trish, the host, couldn't have been more accommodating. Our smoke alarm malfunctioned right after we moved in, and she was right there to fix the problem. When I got sick, she recommended a walk in clinic that was close by and was quick to answer all texts or calls graciously.
