JW Marriott Full Marina View, Luxury Suites by Gardenia with Direct Access to Marina Mall

They have not gave me room at JW marriot resident but another appartment at GOR stating that the appartment I book was not available due to maintenance activity

The location was excellent, all restaurant and transport amenities were close by and the apartment was clean and felt secure.

Love the location of the apartment being connected to the Marina Mall plus having a magnificent view of the Marina. The staff was extremely helpful and attended to everything we need and asked for.

Apartment is refurbished. the shower area drains very slowly.

Location was exceptional with direct access to the Marina and Marina Bay Mall. Furthermore you can enjoy all facilities associated with the Marriott Hotel.

We arrived at the apartment at 04:45 am. There seemed to be very poor communication between reception and the letting agent as they were unaware of our apartment allocation. Mark, the host was not contactable upon arrival. Eventually when we did get ahold of Mark, I was advised that the apartment was only going to be ready for check-in at 3PM, although, upon booking I was advised that I could possibly check in earlier should the apartment not be booked the night prior. The apartment reception would not store our bags. They eventually conceded after Mark speaking to them. Upon check-in, we ordered groceries online. We waited forever for our delivery. Upon investigation, we were advised that the driver was turned away as they tried contacting us at the apartment but could not get ahold of us. Mark confirmed that the owner of the apartment had disconnected the telephone lines. We were only given one key upon check-in. Mark had to buy another card and deliver to us the next day. There was a missing cable in the lounge TV preventing us changing channels. There was a bad swell coming from the shower drain. The shower floor would not drain completely, leaving water pooling on the shower floor, presenting a health and safety hazard as the floor became slippery and slimy. The apartment was supposed to be cleaned every third day. I messaged Mark four times during the day to ask when the cleaners will be coming through. I had no response. He advised at 16:13 what time the cleaners are coming at which time I had already left the apartment. He made it seem like he should be charging for cleaning, but wasn't. He made no mention of costs when I initially queried cleaning. They arrived at at 4pm the next day and security did not allow them in. We should have had the apartment serviced twice during our stay, however it was cleaned once. It was disgusting having to put up with a smelly, slimy shower.
