Exceptionally clean and wonderfully set out . Sam our host was welcoming and extremely kind and thoughtful which contributed greatly to our overall experience. Our bedroom had loads of extras including many different kinds of teas and breakfast was cooked Would rate this property as six stars and cannot wait to return . Sam has created something very special indeed .
