I likes the staff as they were always in touch with me since the booking till checkout and departure.

Well, one should understand that this is not a typical hotel, it is kind of suites/air-bnb setting.

I had a fantastic stay in this room in Rome. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant visit. The bed was cozy, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach Rome’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with recommendations and any questions. Overall, this accommodation exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip!

I loved the room and area , the price and the closeness to public transport

Because it’s not a hotel staff isn’t around at night and that made me feel a little unsafe but overall I was ok . Just had one very loud neighbor

The location was; not central but a metro was 400-500m away. (Note: You can't just hail a taxi as in other cities, you have to go to a stop or call one.)OK

The pictures and "Suites" conjure an image that didn't match reality in my opinion. If there was a breakfast I never saw it. The change of bed linen/towels wasn't as frequent (4th day) as stated (3rd day). Guests are at the mercy of the behaviour of other guests; the walls are thin, traffic is often loud.
