Magnolia St.Peter's Suites

Everything is good! Good location, good host, clean room. You will have a private bathroom and a kitchen with fridge.

It’s not the problem of the room but it’s noisy due to the painting outside. The host provided ear plugs.

The room is very spacious, comfortable, and decorated nicely. They also give you access to the shared kitchen, complete with an espresso/coffee machine and pods, cups and plates too, as well use of the shared refrigerator. Fabio was able to check us in late as we missed our connecting train and didn't arrive until nearly 10:30 pm. He took time to explain everything to us and gave us several recommendations for places to visit and eat. We didn't have a car so he mapped out the bus routes for us, which was much appreciated. Although at first we were a little disappointed at the location which was a ways from the city center, it proved to be an easy bus ride to many spots, including Vatican City, Pizza Navona, and Travestere. We enjoyed our stay very much. Fabio also arranged our early morning taxi for our departure. He was very helpful and accommodating.

Easy bus access - half an hour via Metro to Termini. Same by bus to Vatican, colosseum etc Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Pretty quiet and very clean. Nice to not be in the throng of tourists all the time. Local restaurants were very authentic. Especially Fermento Bistrò and Cafe Belsito. The room was large and comfortable . Coffee machine made a decent espresso. Laundry facility in a shopfront of the building was really handy and efficient. Loved having the room tidied every day and fresh towels.

The shared areas , kitchen, dining table weren’t very usable. Probably better if friends or family booked all the rooms but as a couple it felt like you were intruding in someone else’s space and the bedroom doors opened off that area. The main problem is nowhere comfortable to sit. It was more like a hotel room which we usually try to avoid.

Very comfortable and clean with fantastic facilities. The location is excellent. Away from the crowds with a more local feel but with good transport links nearby or a good 30-40min walk away from the Vatican into the centro historico beyond.
