Great location because everything we wanted to do was not far to walk to. Great space for all 5 of us. Comfortable and spacious. The breakfast item was well stocked for continental breakfast 😋. We also had the option to cook as the kitchen had all utensils we needed. We had a great time here and hope to be back here if this space is available.

Minor things includes the air conditioning and the life being very small but these didn't impact our time here. Also the building is been renovated so until it is completed the exterior looks shabby.

A very traditional Italian property in an excellent location.

The accommodation is in a stunning monumental, 16th century building directly at the Arno river. The apartment has a large kitchen, large living room and large bedroom, with original old features and high ceilings and has all facilities and equipment that one would expect. Tremendous amount of space. Shopping streets and city centre are within a short walk (3-4 minutes). Communication with the host prior to arrival was excellent. The host, Fransesco, waited for us to hand the keys and provided information about the accommodation, equipment etc. He also provided information about restaurants, things to do and see in Pisa. A truly excellent host! The accommodation and host are an absolute 10 out 10. It was a perfect stay and I definitely will be back :-)
