Great experience.
Luca was very helpful. He even went to the bus stop to meet us. We went to Gubbio to see the Christmas Tree on the mountain, that is made of lights, because I love Christmas. It was a lovely surprise to find lots of Christmas decorations in the apartment. Very homely.There was even had a plate of lollies on the table. Being close to the centre, we were able to walk everywhere.

Posizione strategica. Luca è un vero amico, ti accoglie con gentilezza e si interessa se tutto va bene e se hai bisogno di qualcosa durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio.

Torneremo a primavera
Facile da raggiungere. Parcheggio adiacente la casa. Proprietari super disponibili. Casa pulita. Camere spaziose, letti comodi. Possibilità di utilizzate il camino. Molto vicina al centro storico. Sembrava di essere a casa. C'è stata la sorpresa della neve!!! Ma la casa è stata tutto il tempo riscaldata. La consiglio vivamente.

Bellissima esperienza, speriamo di tornare!
L'appartamento è a piano terra con parcheggio a pochi metri dall'ingresso. Struttura molto ampia, pulita e curata. In cucina c'è tutto quello che serve, compreso il camino! Tutto completamente ristrutturato e conforme alle nuove norme di sicurezza. Piccolo condominio con vicini molto tranquilli e silenziosi. A neanche cinque minuti a piedi da una della porte della città. Il proprietario molto cordiale e premuroso ci ha contattato spesso per eventuali richieste o suggerimenti. Quando ho avuto necessità è sempre stato disponibile a breve. Vicino all'appartamento si trovano alimentari e generi di prima necessità raggiungibili a piedi. Anche il supermercato Coop, in un piccolo centro commerciale e la farmacia sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Consiglio questo appartamento a chi vuole soggiornare e visitare Gubbio.
