Everything was perfect. Great airconditioning. Great beds. Great shower. Some free fruit and water. Amazing!
Only issue you could have is you do not have the key of the gate. So you can only come in when the owners are there.

clean and neat
the neighborhood is not so good for woman solo travelers because there are no public facilities, places or shops nearby, it is scary to get back to the place in the evening if you are not driving a car
