Apartments Warsaw City Center by Noclegi Renters

So spacious very high ceilings. Different types of seating I actually slept on the couch for most of the stay as I thought the bed was too low and small for me and my sister but it was great having the couch as an option and it was comfy:) The decor is all so nice and the kitchen facilities were great.

There was alot of dust gathered behind the bed and furniture. The stairs were creepy and very dark. The lift was also so old and creepy.

Fantastic location. Right in the city center and close to everything. 3 door security. I felt incredibly safe there. Good neighborhood with almost no noise. Clear instructions on how to enter and retrieve keys. Has most things a normal apartment would have. Very nice apartment and perfect for a short vacation.

Bed is way too small for people taller then 1.80m / 5'9. (I'm 1.88m / 6'1) I kept laying on the bed frame which hurt me. So I had to sleep in a weird position every night. The bathroom window has no cover (Check photos). Thankfully I could place my luggage in the way. But it's completely open to the neighbors. A bit dusty in the apartment, and a bad smell in the bathroom. But went away after I cleaned a bit.

The bed was not very comfortable: short, small and next to the heating system Not a big minus but would be a nice to have: as there is a nice espresso machine in the apartment, it is a pity that only instant coffee has been provided. Some nice espresso powder would be a great service.

Może najpierw o tych mniej przyjemnych sprawach… Obsługa niestety bardzo sztywno trzyma się ,,zasad’’ i nie zależało jej na komforcie gości. Podróżowaliśmy z niemowlakiem i zależało nam na tym, aby w apartamencie pojawiło się łóżeczko turystyczne. Z uwagi na to, że dokonaliśmy rezerwacji w popołudniowych godzinach obsługa nie była już w stanie zapewnić łóżeczka, mimo, że taka opcja była do wybrania podczas rezerwacji. Oczywiście dowiedzieliśmy się o tym dopiero po dokonaniu i opłaceniu bezzwrotnej rezerwacji. W dodatku dostaliśmy w prywatnej wiadomości informację, że dostępne do wypożyczenia łóżeczko nie ma ani materaca, ani pościeli. Niestety tak ważne informacja nie była zawarta na głównej stronie obiektu! W związku z powyższym, chcieliśmy wycofać bezkosztowo rezerwację (z uwagi na nieprawdziwe informacje zawarte w ofercie), ale niestety obsługa wszystko bagatelizowała i nie było możliwości, aby osiągnąć jakikolwiek kompromis. Szkoda. Z plusów - lokalizacja. Apartament sam w sobie ok, właściwie wyposażony.
