The apartment is on a beautiful spot with a fantastic view from the balcony. There is a small cafe next door serving breakfast and food. So no problem if there was no chance to buy something.
The shower was leaking and a nespresso machine would have been positive.

Ich bin sehr gerne an diesem schönen Ort , schade nur, dass fast nichts zum Erhalt gemacht wird..
Ich bin hier gerne, genieße den Balkon, den Blick auf das Treiben im Hafen und am Strand und das Rauschen der Wellen. Ich steige auch gerne die ausgetretene Treppe nach oben und finde die offene Raumgestaltung für 2 Personen toll. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappt sehr einfach, das WLAN funktioniert
Leider wird kaum etwas zum Erhalt der Wohnung getan. Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen, eine Stehlampe ist seit Jahren kaputt, die Kühlschranktüre schließt nicht richtig, das Besteck wird immer weniger, ein Wäscheständer für Handtücher etc. ist wohl dem Rost zum Opfer gefallen und weg. Das ist einfach schade ....

La posizione è indubbiamente fantastica e anche l appartamento è molto bello e luminoso.
Scarsa la comunicazione con l host che riceve solo messaggi.Certo , basta saperlo perche alle telefonate non risponde!!! Un paio di problemi non risolti: frigo staccato dalla presa(dopo numerosi tentativi siamo riusciti a capire spostandolo e farlo funzionare.Tutto questo a 30 gradi!!), mancanza di pentole adatte all induzione;latte, pasta, sugo..tutto in un pentolone.Alla richiesta non siamo stati accontentati.Dulcis in fundo...la tromba delle scale all 'interno.Ripidissime ok ma senza corrimano perciò non a norma.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist sehr schön.
Die Kommunikation mit Valeria war sehr schlecht. Sie geht bei Problemen nicht ans Telefon. Eigentlich sollte sie zum Check-in vor Ort sein, kam aber nicht, weil ihr das Wetter zu schlecht war. Es gab genau zwei Tassen, von denen eine dermaßen angeschlagen war, dass man sie nicht benutzen konnte. Am schlimmsten ist aber das Bad. Es stinkt extrem und die Dusche schimmelt. Die Matratzen der Schlafsofas könnten auch mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Dreckige Putzlappen lagen herum. Im Schrank war kein Stauraum, weil er voller dreckiger Wäsche war. Ich kann von dieser Wohnung nur abraten. Wir kommen jedenfalls nicht mehr wieder.
