Superb place to stay.

An exceptionally well appointed property with everything you could need for a stay. Jenni is a great host who greeted us on arrival, showed us around and provided milk, butter, bread, eggs,coffee and tea to get us started. Will stay again when we next go to Cornwall.

An absolute delight

We totally fell in love with this property. To start, Comunication with Jenni was great, and Jenni was there to meet us once we arrived. The house itself is a gem, beautiful, clean, comfortable, has all required appliances and beyond, spacious, and the views out of any of the many windows is absolutly breathtaking. Would highly recommend this place and would be happy to return myself. Thank you Jenni

If I could leave more than 10*, I would! Rosecott is a beautiful property that will allow you to experience the 'real Cornwall'. Amazing location,10 mins drive away from St Ives and maybe 15 from Penzance. Beautiful surroundings, extremely peaceful and so homely! The owner, Jenni, is absolutely great, very welcoming, and always available to answer any questions you may have. We didn't want to leave!

It's not something related to the property, just general advice for future guests: if you are renting a car, go for the smallest category possible. We got upgraded and had a big SUV, and strangely enough, so did everyone else in Cornwall! We did struggle on some of the narrow roads in the area....

Like a novel from Rosamunde Pilcher

We were looking for a dream destination from Rosamunde Pilcher's novels. We found it. It's also a very tasteful and clean accommodation where you really won't miss a thing, and it's very conveniently located for exploring Cornwall. A car is definitely recommended, though.

Relaxing stay in a wonderful cottage

We spent a relaxing week in this wonderful cottage near St. Ives. It's a very quiet spot, surrounded by fields. The cottage is very well equipped, in the kitchen is everything that's needed. When we arrived, our wonderful host Jenni had prepared some milk, butter, eggs and something sweet, that was great! She gave us all informations we needed, was always there when we had a question. For us it was a perfect stay, we can fully recommend Rosecott, we definitely want to come back!

Impeccable in every way! Would return in a heartbeat

Everything! The perfect large cottage/house. Upstairs living area with 360 views. Cottage kept cool without needing the air conditioning. Parking for 2 cars, view, cleanliness, space, provisions, furnishings, kitchen appliances, the tranquility, garden, showers and bathrooms, wildlife like Rabbits, fox, birds of prey and the cows. Hosts very responsive and very helpful.

Sofas could be a little higher but that’s personal taste. Literally everything else would be exactly how I’d imagine the perfect house.

Amazing Cornish cottage

A wonderful cottage, probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. Location and building full of character but also ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay - beds, pillows, showers, kitchen facilities etc all top quality.

Very minor quibble but some information in the visitor folder on the heating system and recycling could be helpful. Our only real regret was not having enough time or suitable weather for any walks around the cottage, another reason to come back for another stay!

Relaxing family holidays in lovely and top euqipped cottage

Lovely, top equipped cottage in a very quiet location and with exceptional views over the Penwith peninsula. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and felt comfortable and welcome at all times. Thank you Jenni for the explanations and tips. We loved our afternoon cream tea in the private yard. Good chance to see a fox on the nearby fields during supper.

Rosecott is gorgeous. It’s spacious, clean, and rustic. Also has an incredible 360 degree view upstairs. Furnished with everything that you could possibly need. A lovely log burner upstairs keeps the place very cosy. Incredibly comfortable beds with luxurious bedding.

The best place I’ve ever stayed !!

absolutely everything the property was amazing with every attention to detail taken care of. The pictures don’t do it justice. if you get the opportunity to stop here grab it with both hands. The location is remote but easy driving distance of amenities and good eateries. The beds are high end luxury and a perfect night sleep was had by all. The property is cosy with breathtaking views to wake up to.

A wonderful little cottage

We had a truly wonderful few days at Rosecott and are looking at dates for next year already. It is a beautiful safe place away from the busy village of St Ives and perfect for young children. Jenni, the host, is exceptional. The house is immaculate, everything is very authentic and environmentally conscious. It really stands out for us as one of the best places we have ever stayed in the UK with our children.

- Cosy decor and furniture - Really clean and well maintained - Amazing location in the countryside with seaview in the distance, less than 10 minute drive from st ives - Relaxing, just outside the touristy busy town of st ives but still within close reach - Great walking paths close by with amazing views - Jenni was very welcoming on arrival and left a cornish cake and cornish butter for us in the kitchen

- There is nothing we didn’t like! We loved everything and would definitely return.
