    Fairly decent and affordable accommodation to those who are planning a short or extended stay around the University Belt area. It is a wooden house repurposed for accommodation. Place is in a quiet neighborhood and they have refrigerator, TV, and a water kettle in the room. Comfy beds, sheets, towel, and toiletries are all provided. Closets, hangers are Place is very near España Blvd. and within walking distance of groceries, convenience stores and fastfood restaurants. Eateries and bakeries are also plenty around the corner. Only downside is my room has a faulty CR door lock and the window screens which would not close, although the glass windows are shut.

    Spacious and malinis. Malapit din bilihan ng foods at sakayan ng jeep or bus.Hindi sound proof kaya naririnig mo yung kama sa kabila kapag may ginagawang ano. Di din gumagana heater since mahina ang tubig pero minsan okay naman. All in all maganda siya, sulit din siya.

    Unfortunately, the room was far below my expectations. The overall condition was poorly maintained and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. There were visible signs of moisture, mold/mildew, peeling paint, and damaged walls in several areas. I also found a cockroach inside the room, which was especially concerning. The exposed/improvised piping and wiring, along with the general condition of the fixtures and curtains, made the room feel unsafe and neglected. I understand that this is a budget accommodation, but basic cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and proper maintenance should still be expected. I hope the property management conducts a thorough inspection and addresses these issues, particularly the mold/moisture, pest control, damaged walls, and exposed wiring/pipes. I would not recommend this property unless these concerns are properly addressed.
