The best thing about Collection O Manila is its location. My campus is only a 5-minute walk away, with plenty of convenience stores, shops, and fast-food chains nearby. It helped me save on transportation, and the staff were nice. The room is spacious and has a dormitory-style setup, which may suit students. It also has plenty of cabinets, a study table, and separate toilet and shower areas. Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by the number of small cockroaches in the room. I have a phobia of cockroaches, so I couldn’t concentrate on reviewing for my exams or sleep comfortably. I even found cockroaches crawling on my food, which I had to throw away. Although I appreciate the convenient location and friendly staff, the pest problem seriously affected my experience. I hope management improves its pest control

Check in was so hassel cos it’s not organized and make us wait for like an hour because according to the staff they are cleaning the room?? Which makes no sense. Shower not working properly the aircon automatically turned off even though there’s still guest inside and they thought checked out already. The management should check their schedule and make sure someone is handling it accordingly to avoid this necessary inconvenience to the guests.
