great location, pool facilities great. good proximity for all amenities
the front bedroom can be very noisy early in the morning due to the road but nothing can be done to stop that due to the location.

all good , except showers
when we arrived we realised there was only one shower and one bath which is not ideal but they were 2 bathrooms! the one shower that was there would stay up on wall you had to hold in hand ! also big issue with getting hot water ! and once you did get it , it wouldn’t last a minute!
when this reported on first evening to be fair someone arrived very quickly to rectify,
second shower installed , holder for first fixed , boiler seemed to work when he was there but afterwards it was bag to square one !
so if boiler replaced / fixed , everything would have been perfect! but a working shower and hot water is something vital !

Location was excellent, although noisy with deliveries every morning. Late check-in was not a problem, manager went out of his way to accommodate our late arrival.
Noisy in the morning. Shower in the small bathroom did not stay in the holder so could only use as hand spray shower

Location was great, close to marina and great bakery!
Few issues with some fittings eg curtains, hot water occasionally tricky to get going but owner supported.
