Light wasn’t working in ground floor bathroom One of the two hairdryers wasn’t working & there were 6 adults sharing the equipment . Loud Music could be heard from the local bar late on into the night .

location was great. Very close to pubs & Restaurants. spacious property but not suitable for small children as 4 sets of stairs & railing on balcony very low.

The shower area in one of the bathrooms was very worn & could do with a good cleaning. There were 2 shower heads in each bathroom. Neither of the higher shower heads had hot water. The lower shower heads were at waist height so had to be held by hand which was not ideal. Very disappointing that the swimming pool was unusable as it was one of the reasons I booked this property. it was a 5 minute walk away & there was only one sun bed but the pool was very dirty so couldn’t be used. It would have been good if some refuse bags & a cloth to wipe down surfaces had been provided as there were ants so rubbish had to be brought out to bins immediately.

The air conditioning was not working in all rooms. There was lots of clutter from other apartments (many travel cots, high chairs, safes, irons, kettles, pots with false flowers) The door to the patio did not open easily as lock broken and had a bolt through it to open. I requested a reimbursement from clever details for the broken air conditioning and was refused. The cooker and washing machine were very old and the outside of their apartment looks dreadful. (I asked if it was safe when I arrived. Of course it was but it didn’t look good)
