Apartamento com excelente localização central e belas vistas sobre a Marina. Bem equipado na cozinha. Estacionamento facilitado.

Quarto do sótão pequeno, tem a porta de entrada muito baixa, assim como o teto, algo que não está explícito no anúncio e aquando da reserva. Demasiada luminosidade num dos quartos, com um blackout pouco eficiente. Espaço exterior do estacionamento pouco cuidado, nomeadamente na zona dos contentores do lixo.

The view is stunning, it's so lovely to look out at the marina! The place was really clean and it was great to have 3 bathrooms and 2 showers for the group of us. We had plenty of kitchen facilities, towels and hairdryers too. The air conditioning set to 18 degrees was exactly what we needed each day, but it was so nice to have the balcony to sit out on and enjoy too, even if it didn't have the gorgeous marina view! Dorothee was super kind and even came to meet us when the taxi dropped us a bit too far away. I'd gladly stay there again and will be recommending it to other, small groups if they want some luxury right by the marina

I've recommended that they update the Google maps information to make it a bit easier to find, or guests getting a taxi should input the Navigator Olympus hotel as a guide because it is hard to find! There are several sets of stairs to contend with, so it's something to consider for anyone with mobility issues, plus the glass hand railing feels very unsteady in parts. The 3rd bedroom really does have a very low ceiling, to the point where the 3 of us just stayed in the 2 lower bedrooms instead, which kind of went against my point of booking a 3-bed option. There was a lot of noise from outside too, which I know is common when booking somewhere central, but it's something for any light sleepers to be aware of before booking!

The host, Jonathan, was really brilliant. The location is great, and the facilitiesare well maintained.

It is important to distinguish between two aspects of this stay: the apartment itself and the quality of the service. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, extra blankets, TV, and audio equipment. From a facilities perspective, there was very little to complain about. However, no basic kitchen essentials were provided upon arrival (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.). This may be due to management or safety policies, but it is worth mentioning for future guests. In addition, while the marina location is attractive, it also comes with a noticeable level of noise. Unfortunately, the service and check-in experience were catastrophic. Before our arrival, I repeatedly asked the rental company to confirm the exact address because I could not locate it correctly on Google Maps. I was assured that the address was correct. Upon arrival, we discovered that it was in fact incorrect. Furthermore, access to the property requires a remote control, a detail that had never been communicated to us beforehand. When we attempted to contact the management company using the phone number that had been provided, no one answered. After several attempts, we were eventually told that we should not have called that number but a different one listed in the general terms and conditions. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating. During our eight-day stay, the bed linen was changed only once. Guests must also be present for this service because the staff do not have a spare key. No cleaning service was provided during the entire stay. Finally, the check-out instructions required guests to leave the keys inside the apartment. This procedure is inconvenient, as the exit gate can only be opened using the remote control provided to guests. In summary: a good, well-equipped apartment, but an organisation and level of service far below what would reasonably be expected from this type of accommod
