Alles was altijd in orde en personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer mooie ligging, naast de rivier en met zicht op bergen en bomen
Dit was gewoon perfect. Als we in de toekomst terug naar Teteven gaan dan kiezen we absoluut voor dit hotel

Любезен персонал. Чисто и тихо.Добра закуска.
Леглото беше неудобно , чаршафа къс и постоянно се отвиваше матрака, също хладилника беше много шумен. Минус беше и липсата на цифрови канали, аналогова кабелна през 2026та година е абсурдно.
Като цяло минусите са свързани не с персонал а с икономията която видно е направена.
Най-големоя минус за мен беше липсата на работещ ресторант, макар че хотела се рекламира че има такъв, явно работи само в активен сезон.

Стаи, хотел, обслужване, град.
Ще повторим в близко бъдеще.
Трябваше да е по-дълъг престоя. Но това си зависи от мен.

Mainly the company I've been with... Nothing special about the place!
Pool water was cold, room wasn't clean enough same as bathroom, food is double more expensive then 2 years ago... Definitely that was my last visit!
