Everything was perfect. The food was great. Our room was nice and quiet. We LOVED the 19:30 -20:30 "Music in the Mori" piano and violin performance in the lobby! And, we are very grateful for the kind support we received by the young man from Nepal at the front desk who was ever so patient in helping us set our car Japanese car navigation system to our next destination. Thank you so much!

Restaurant and food were quite nice, as well lobby and concert.
Bedroom were dirty with mold on tatami, Dani in beds and bad smell
