Amazing service! The team were so hospitable and ensured we had the best recommendations and provided the shuttle service without any issues. We also loved that the team at SnowDog helped organise all of our ski hire and passes which was a godsend as we were coming from the UK.

The shuttle was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful!
We were never able to catch the Kutchan Line for some reason, it never showed up. But it has nothing to do with Snowdog. Everything was great!

The location of the stay was great, located about 10-15 mins away from Hirafu village, it was much quieter and comfortable. Ample space, equipped with kitchen stuff to cook (saved us a lot of money from dining out), laundry etc. Closely located to Annupuri ski resort (less crowds) compared to Hirafu. Staff also provided local recommendations if you're new to the area as well.
