It’s not deluxe but it works if you need it

It’s a strange place, a kind of part of building that houses a dental surgery. Facilities are basic

Unremarkable.

There was nithing especially attractive.

The lady was a bit rude (I didn't see the mail I was supposed to arrive before 20:00, as I was driving, and I arrived at 20:30.... No diner, no breakfast, no smile..). Noise from the road.

There is almost no signal in the room and no wifi either, I killed a few spiders in the room btw, and the heating is not really warm

Disappointing would not stay again

Bathroom was clean.

Booking . Com stated room would have air conditioning and it didn’t. Stated non smoking rooms but the room and bedding stank of stale cigarette smoke. Wardrobe handle broken. No top sheet on bed.

Dach über dem Kopf (z.B. für Jagdkurs AJN), aber mehr auch nicht.

Zweimal Störung mitten in der Nacht (2.30 Uhr Lärm in Treppenhaus und im ganzen Haus! Gebrüll und umgeworfene Gegenstände); Gastgeber hat mich im Vorfeld x-mal angerufen, weil ich angeblich angerufen hatte - Kommunikation mühsam. Sehr lauter Kühlschrank im Zimmer - musste ich nachts immer ausstecken, um überhaupt schlafen zu können wegen sehr lautem Brummen. Zimmertür springt regelmäßig von selbst auf (vorzugsweise nachts). Zimmerservice unangekündigt. Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, v.a. Böden und Dusche. "Parkplatz" auch wenig komfortabel - riesiger Absatz zur Straße ist wenig angenehm für Stoßdämpfer, die sehr gelitten haben. Zwei Rollen Klopapier zur Verfügung für zwei Wochen. Frische Bettwäsche war nicht wirklich sauber. Wenn man einfach nur ein günstiges Zimmer braucht (Jagdkurs) ok, aber ansonsten keine Empfehlung.

Ich habe mich nicht ganz so wohl gefühlt

Das Zimmer war OK, Es wurde alles sehr unkompliziert geregelt.

Dass ich als allein reisende Frau in dieser Unterkunft so ganz alleine war, da dass Haus auch etwas abseits ( so ohne Nachbarn) an der Hauptstraße statt. Bin da leider etwas ängstlich.

Überbuchung seitens des Hauses führte zu einer Nacht auf der Baustelle - bei erneutem Aufenthalt in der Ecke von Deutsch

Stark verdreckte/zugemüllte Bäder, keine Vorhänge/Jalousien vor den Fenstern, Staub/Spinnenweben in allen Ecken.

Leider ist die Führung des Hauses mit der Situation überfordert, leider keine Empfehlung.

Helles, großes Zimmer.

Durch Überbuchung konnten nicht die vertraglich vereinbarten Zimmer zugewiesen werden. (Ausweichlösung: Einzug in eine Baustelle) In den Zimmern war das Badezimmer sehr dreckig, Müll in Schränken und der Dusche. Manche Heizungen blieben komplett kalt, was besonders im Bad sehr unangenehm ist. Leider unterm Strich ein enttäuschender Besuch hier im Mandelbachtal. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir uns definitiv etwas anderes suchen.
