Hildegard Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hildegard Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alanya!

The only small downside was the breakfast. It was good, but we would have liked to see a bit more variety in the selection.

One person of the staff was intrusive and criticized me for being how I am. He literally criticized me for not smiling and being boring and compared me to my friend who he liked more. Considering I am a very joyful person and had just laughed a second earlier. About the intrusion, he just didn't leave us alone and when we were at the pool, he always joined us and we didn't like it. It made us feel weird and anxious. Since this employee told us we were the only guests in the whole building, you would think in that case you'd do anything to keep your customers. However his behaviour was unacceptable and because of it we won't be coming back to this hotel. Everyone else in the staff was very polite. In addition, there are no proper blankets in beds, they're more like towels. The bathroom stinks once in a while.

Værelserne var pæne og hotellet ligger meget centralt ift. midt byen. Dejligt at hotellet var småt, så der var altid plads ved poolen, hvis man ville bruge den.

Køleskabet var ved at falde fra hinanden, vi fik kun 1 nøglekort til 3 personer, badeværelset lugtede konstant af kloak, vi fik ikke rengøring i 4 dage i streg fordi de havde glemt os og/eller ikke kunne nå at gøre vores værelse rent. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god. Vi måtte ned os spørge efter håndklæder hver dag fordi rengøringen ikke havde været der.
