    Hotel has all the facilities you need, lots of buffet varieties, food is delicious, thanks to all kitchen team especially to the chef who is lovely and always there to make sure everything is going smooth. Spa is good as well. All the staff is friendly, kind and always there to assist. Especially Nataly and Dodo from the Entertainment Team, Latif from the Bar and Cihai and Suleyman from the Restaurant at the pool section. Beach is just 3 min walking distance and guys working there also offer a good service. Every evening there is a show going on at the pool area, entertainment during the day so you wont be bored. Room is spacious and clean, with all the amenities. The only drawback is poor sound insulation. I hope it will be fixed.

    My stay at the hotel was really good. I got a great all inclusive deal for the place and stayed here for 6 nights. Really appreciated them readying the room and allowing me to check-in quite earlier than the check-in time. The buffets had a lot of options (including vegetarian). Although you may start feeling it's the same things after day 3 or 4. I would have also preferred to see Kunafa and Baklava at least once during these days but didn't. Most of the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. However, I was treated a bit differently by a couple of their restaurant staff. While for the rest of the tables, they would smile and ask if they could remove the empty glasses/plates and if they could bring anything else, for me they would just come and take it away without any eye contact or pleasantries (I had to save my food a couple times by stopping them and saying I am still finishing).

    This was second time I stayed in this hotel and there are reasons for that. Review posted You reviewed Kleopatra Dreams Beach Hotel. 11 May 2025 9.0 A great place for families, couples and friends on holiday Liked · I arrived at the hotel quite late and quite tired. The check-in process took no more than five minutes and I was already in my room and passed out. I noticed that the shower cubicle was leaking water, which I reported to the gues relation the next day, the problem was solved within half an hour of checking in. The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago, the quality of the renovation is very good, everything looks great. The hotel is all inclusive for everyone at all times, so even if you want to eat at three o'clock in the morning, you can do it. There's no lunchbox for early morning departures, but that's probably something only those who want to complain would complain about. Most of the staff have been working in the hotel for over 10 years, they know everything, they know their guests who come year after year to this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. The guests are mostly from Scandinavia, Finland, Czech Republic and Poland and Germany, sometimes English was heard, but there were not very many British. The food in the restaurant is good quality, varied enough to not get bored during the week. Turkish tea is available 24x4. Drinking water is always available. The hotel has an absolutely gorgeous gym with very good and new equipment. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Concept 2 rowing machine there, which we had a memorable week with. It's rare to see it anywhere, and it's the best one yet. I would especially like to thank Melissa from guest relations for interesting conversations and help with issues resolving. What's around there I recommend climbing the mountain where the fortress is located. Not sure if a guided tour would make any sense. You can go up either on foot or by cable car.
