ananea Kleopatra Beach - Adults Only 12

We recently stayed at Ananea Kleopatra Beach in Alanya and are overall very pleased with our stay. It was larger than we expected, but because it is split into several different buildings, it never feels like a giant or impersonal hotel complex. Some of the buildings are located right on the beach, while others are across the street. There is a tunnel connecting the sections so you do not have to cross the road. We stayed in the beachfront building and had a sea view from our room. The hotel features three pool areas and its own sun loungers on the beach. We spent our days on the beach, where finding a sun lounger was never an issue. By the pools, however, we noticed the classic behavior of people reserving loungers at the crack of dawn. The breakfast was very good, the service was good, and there is a gym with everything you need. We had a few meals at the beach restaurant, House of Bohem. The food there was good, but what we especially loved was their amazing Bohemian Lemonade and their Acai Bowl.

The only things that slightly lowered the experience were the room's Wi-Fi and the communication. The internet was incredibly unstable; during the day it did not work at all, and it was only during the night and early morning that we got a stable connection. Granted, you do not spend all day in your room surfing the web, but at times it was quite annoying. Additionally, they did not answer any questions via Booking before our trip, so I had to call the hotel directly to get answers. Despite the internet issues, we warmly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and cozy atmosphere.

We liked the property and facilities like pool, beach access and resturant. We booked all inclusive package , they provided very good variety of food each time - Breakfast, lunch , snacks and dinner. The customer relation team is well organized and always ready to work on any issues to make their customers happy. I like to mention the the name of the relationship manager Mr. Flo treated us best.

In booking.com it was mentioned as free shuttle service from and to airport (antalaya) but it was not arranged on arrival, when we reached property by our own they said they don't have such facility for free. As discussed with customer relationship team they were ready to arrange for us shuttle serivce with a charge. I am not sure its a mistake happend from hotel side or from booking.com. Kindly check and adivse.

Lovely seaside location with very large swimming pool, lovely bars, great restaurants and amazing staff who were so helpful. We want to thank Mehmet and his driver who drove us back and forth and supported us so well when we had a problem with our car. We have never had such help from hotel staff and were so thankful and impressed by it.
