Very helpful Staff. Extremely gracious. Location was excellent. Prashanth was extremely helpful and he provided some good suggestions for food as well as places to visit, helping me make the most of my 3 day visit to Coonoor with my daughter. Extremely hospitable. Because its a homestay, there is a bit of nervousness when other rooms are occupied by other guests but there was no issue of safety at all. Very safe place.
Wifi in the downstairs room was really poor so I had to go to the top two floors to get wifi. It would have been nice if food was served here as well, especially breakfast and dinner options. There is room for improvement in that aspect.
