Very clean and neat. Very very helpful host. Close to Lovedale station.

The location is very calm and scenic. Rooms are big enough. Parking space was there, even though not feasible to park and take the vehicle anytime you want.

Food facilities was not there. The restaurant contact person was not available who use to serve the food there. Heard that food is served from him on order basis. May be it was a short term leave plan from him. So, we had to finish dinner/breakfast in the city where it use to be problematic to park the car.

The break fast and the dinner were good and tasty. In fact they serve homely food on your order. The price is also not that high.

The rooms are connected and couples may not get privacy.

We liked the spacious rooms and large beds, which were perfect for our family. The kitchen and large bathroom added extra convenience. The property also offered a nice mountain view, making enjoyable sight for stay.

The host requested that we cancel our booking through the platform and pay directly, which bypasses the platform's protections and made us uncomfortable. We were also asked to take our own trash outside for disposal, which was unexpected. The walkway to the property is steep and sloped, making access difficult, especially for elderly guests, and the staircase is very narrow. Additionally, the room windows did not seal properly and rattled throughout the night due to strong winds, causing significant noise and disrupting sleep.
