Disappointing arrival, reasonable bed and breakfast.

The hotelwas close to the train station and also the town.

There was no key available on the door as arranged, for our allocated room when we arrived. The phone number on the front door went to answer machine. I had to search paperwork in reception to find another phone number to speak to the manager who then quickly arrived to provide access to a different room.

Bath plug was not operational, so couldn't have a bath.

Location was close to GMM (Graspop Metal Meeting). the staff was very helpful & nice. The room was spacious with good facilities.

it was not clear how to order the room service for cleaning the room, it was clean as I didn’t stay except for sleeping, but in general instructions were needed how to order it.

The breakfast could be better. It is ok to be out of a plastic bag to eat in the room but the bread and ham was not enough.

Nice little breakfast, good heating and a basic room, laree enough for one person.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. Overall interior was kind of old-fashioned, but nevertheless tidy and clean.

Super fijn hotel op een top locatie!! Dichtbij het station en centrum. Schone ruime kamer en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Zeer vriendelijke uitbater Wim, alles goed geregeld en netjes overal. Fijn ontbijt en onze fietsen konden mooi staan. Mooie grote kamer met flesjes water bij aankomst. Zeer goede taverne/restaurant bij het hotel!

Prima verblijf voor een nachtje.

De locatie was prima. Midden in het centrum en vrij parkeren binnen 100 meter van het hotel. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Voldoende keuze en vers afgebakken broodjes.

Het is allemaal wat ouder en vervallen, al vind ik dit niet storend voor een nachtje. Het was wel enkele weken geleden dat bijvoorbeeld de vensterbanken afgestoft waren. Dat zijn kleine dingen die ook in een iets gedateerder hotel beter mogen.

Edoeling was om s morgens vroeg nr consultatie in ziekenhuis te zijn. Van Denderleeuw 2u rijden nu 5min.
